WaveStamp offers a 7-day free trial on all paid plans so you can try the full product before being charged. Because of this, our general policy is that all sales are final after the trial period ends.

Free Trial

All new Pro and Founding Member subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you owe nothing.

No Refunds After Trial

Once your free trial has ended and your first payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds for that billing period. This applies to both monthly charges and any partial month of service.

Exceptions We Will Review

We will review refund requests in the following situations:

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account menu. After cancellation, you retain full Pro access through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.

Founding Member Pricing

The Founding Member rate ($3/month) is locked in for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and resubscribe, the Founding Member rate is not guaranteed to be available.
