These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WaveStamp ("Service"), operated by WaveStamp ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using WaveStamp, you agree to these Terms.
WaveStamp is a browser-based music video builder that allows users to create and export MP4 videos combining audio, images, lyrics, and visual effects. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.
Free Tier: 1 MP4 export per month at 720p resolution. No payment required.
Pro Plan ($5/month): Unlimited exports at 720p, 1080p, and 4K. Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
Founding Member ($3/month): Limited to the first 100 subscribers. All Pro features at a permanently reduced rate, locked in for as long as your subscription remains active.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your billing cycle begins the day your free trial ends. You will be charged automatically each month until you cancel. All prices are in USD.
The Founding Member rate is guaranteed only for continuously active subscriptions. If a Founding Member subscription is cancelled and later restarted, the $3/month rate is not guaranteed to be available upon resubscription.
New Pro and Founding Member subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the applicable rate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account menu. Upon cancellation:
Due to the nature of digital services and the availability of a 7-day free trial, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments after the trial period has ended. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

You retain full ownership of all audio files, images, lyrics, and videos you create using WaveStamp. We do not claim any rights to your content.
You represent that you have the legal right to use any audio, images, or other content you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. WaveStamp is not liable for any copyright claims arising from content you create or export using the Service.
You agree not to use WaveStamp to:
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.
WaveStamp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaveStamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked. Paid subscriptions terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. By using WaveStamp, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed exclusively by NC law, regardless of where you are located.
Informal Resolution. Before pursuing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way. This requirement does not apply if you are seeking emergency injunctive relief.
Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English. The arbitration shall take place in Leland, North Carolina, or remotely if both parties agree. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
No Class Actions. You agree to resolve disputes with WaveStamp on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against WaveStamp.
Exception. Either party may seek relief in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction, without first going through arbitration.
